Buy it!
I'm in my second year of Pediatrics residency and by now I've acquired plenty of anticipatory guidance to help parents. This book had the scientific backing and research behind everything we say. It's pretty great and goes by system. I read it every night. ideal for anybody in peds training.

This is an excellent reference, especially for practitioners
This is an excellent reference, especially for practitioners. The information is clear and concise. I frequently use this reference to answer questions when I am teaching students and practitioners. The great thing about this reference is that some of the information is hard to find. Sharing clinical experience is the strength of this book.

Great Buy
Good for clinical rotations and tells you great pertinent facts that you need if you are simply rotating through the NICU.

Fetal and neonatal secrets
The structure of the book - question answer is not only unique but gives a hole new perspective over the knowledge in the area. The book is a really useful addition to all the other more complicated textbooks. As a plus is the attempt for a differential diagnosis where there is a need of one.
