I have been wearing this product for a month and a half now. How I would define this product: adjustable backpack straps that show you what good posture is like. I put the product on and tightened it. Wow! I was standing like a soldier. It made me sit up straight too. I didn't realize how lazy I had been. It has been an excellent personal trainer to me for good posture. I stand for 8 hours a day as a security officer, and this really helps. Good posture is important for looking professional. This product is good for muscle memory for your back to stand up straight. It's the habit that my back is starting to develop. If you want to start a new habit, and stop slouching and hunching over, I would recommend this product.

I was skeptical, but after trying it for almost two weeks I noticed significant changes in my posture. I have back pain due to my poor posture and have had a slight decrease in pain as well. It is easy to put the posture corrector on. It really does work!I have honestly been able to tell a huge difference in my posture! It’s almost like it won’t let you slouch, it’s been super helpful during workouts too!I was a bit worried at first that this would be uncomfortable to wear, but over the past week+ I have worn it, it's been incredibly comfortable and has made my back feel much better. I do have a "hump" on th back of my neck I'd really like to get rid of and I'm hoping this will help the more I wear it.

Working as a package handler, I do a lot of bending and lifting, which I love but puts a lot of strain on my back. I eventually developed bad back pain that I have to see the doctor several times for treatment. I use a computer, notebook, iPad and iPhone 12-15 hours per day and have been struggling with “Tech Neck” for several years.
