Ear pads need improvement
Ear pads wear out quickly and the covering flakes off. They are very snug and my ears hurt after wearing them a short time. The sound is good. If they would fix the ear pads I’d give them 5 stars.

Pretty much what you'd expect for the price
Overall, it's pretty average. The "so-so": Sound and microphone quality are fine; you can hear everything clearly and your voice will come through clearly without picking up too much background noise, but it's nothing special. I'm not sure how this would fit someone who had a larger sized head. With the band at the top all the way extended, it's too big for my head (which I believe is fairly average-sized) but only by a centimeter or two. The good: I like that this is lighter weight than a lot of headsets. It makes me feel less claustrophobic. The pads for the part that sits on the ear are fairly comfortable. I like that you have a good amount of freedom in adjusting the microphone. The bad: Sometimes they get uncomfortable if I wear them for too long.

Buyer Beware
This is the first item I have purchased that did not have a review and I will never do that again. What good are headphones without sound. When I plug it in there is a faint sound I cannot understand. I pushed it in as far as it would allow and still little sound. I replaced it with my old broken down headphones in the same jack and the sound is great. There are too many reliable headphones on the market - don't buy this one. In addition there is a possibility of a 20 to 50% restocking fee and I must pay the return postage.! I've been ordering from Amazon for a very long time, but I have never seen this or had to pay for a return. Really, really do not buy this product.
