Wanted a shoe that could do leisure walking in, but to include going in and out of rivers and streams. Having done a riverside walk at a local bird sanctuary this weekend I found the shoe exceeded all expectations: a) they do not rub against the skin when wet; b) they drain very quickly and so do not feel waterlogged and heavy like my beach shoes do; c) they are so light and also feel airy on the feet which I find to be very pleasant; d) despite their lightness they have a sturdy sole which allows me to walk on footpaths surfaced with small stones without discomfort; e) easy to clean after the walk and the small stones and compacted dirt that find their way into the drainage holes in the sole come out with a bit of running water and small bristle brush, or a toothpick for the more strongly lodged stones. Highly recommended.

These shoes are good, I bought for doing keelboat sailing and using on the beach. They are very comfortable with or without socks and dry quickly. They don't have very good grip so I did slip a couple of times on the boat, but for the price I'm v happy. Used on the beach once so far, kept my feet comfortable but the small sand did get in the shoe and was quite difficult to bang out, so best for pebble beaches rather than sand.

I normally don't have a lot of luck with ordering shoes on line with size and quality so expected to be sending them back before I bought them. Have to say I am very surprised and pleased at the really good quality, the 9.5 fitted perfectly and the shoes are excellent in the sea, they drain quickly so you don't get the squelchy feeling and the tops are so light you can feel a breeze on the top of your feet through the mesh. They look great, are very comfortable, good value and better in every way than my normal Dude beach shoes that have incidentally stopped selling half sizes. So great in every way.

Bought these as I had to go on a beach vacation with an ankle support brace on my leg 24/7. Exactly what I needed - kept them on in the pool, on the beach, in the sea and helped me enjoy the holiday despite my foot fracture. I’d buy these again and I’ll keep wearing them. Great value for the money. Look decent, pack small, light, dry quickly and they’re comfortable enough. I’m a 8.5UK in Nike and got the 43 in these which were fine but could have probably also gone 42.5.

These shoes are perfect for the beach or pool! They're lightweight with a sturdy sole. They slip on and stay on. The design is sporty, so it's a casual shoe.

These are perfect to just wear around the house, out and about in the summer or to take on holiday. They're light and pack down to practically nothing but are comfortable enough for all day wear if needs be.......*** UPDATE: I've now ordered three pairs of these over the past few years, the first two were superb and very comfortable. The price has now risen but I thought it worth the money so ordered a third pair as, despite them still going strong, the originals are getting a bit shabby. Disappointed when the new ones were delivered as the soles are now quite hard plastic rather than the soft, yet durable rubber. This has both detracted significantly from the comfort and also made them slippery, even on carpet. Star rating has been reduced to 1 as a result ***They're getting sent straight back, will now have to find an alternative but might try putting the old ones in the washing machine first to revive them.
