Is the use by date posted accurate? If so, this product is out of date!

It's salts and spices!!! it's most probably an old photo for the product, I found a bag in the cupboard that was 2 years out of date and used it there was nothing wrong with it, but it's your personal choice, I am not advocating you purchase out of date product
