Used for rehab after shoulder surgery and it worked flawlessly. Fits right over my bedroom door and I just pull a stool over and it is just what I need. I have a heavy arm and it was very sturdy. What a great price for such a vital part of rehab!

My spouse uses this as part of her PT injury recovery. It was recommended by her PT as it exercises the shoulder without placing a strain on the joint. She finds it easy to use with smooth, quiet operation. The installation over the top of a door is incredibly easy with the foam pad on the mounting hardware protecting the door's finish.

Get it adjusted correctly and use it. Your worn out beat up busted shoulders will thank you. Mine did at least. It feels like the one I used in PT in terms of quality and smoothness.

Simple, straightforward assistance for home rehab after shoulder surgery. Works so much better than trying to stretch arm on a towel on a table (and for some reason makes it so much easier to stretch further). Probably going to be the cheapest, yet most effective, rehab tool I have. Bonus is that it’s easiest enough to put together and get using it that there is no excuse not to set it up immediately. I glued a piece of thick wool felt to the inside of the door bracket to protect the doors in my new home but probably didn’t even need to given the bracket tip cover and foam that are included (I just wanted to be 100% certain no part of the bracket could touch the door.) I highly recommend this to anyone needing shoulder surgery or who has sustained a shoulder injury - you’ll be glad of having it when your shoulder heals/recovers more quickly and you get back to your active life faster than without.

it came on time, super easy to install, love the rubber protector. So useful to work on shoulder injuries and combine with remedial exercises.

Injured my arm and this helped with rehab exercises. Still using it when arm muscles tighten up.

This was bought for a family member and they said that it's okay. It works as intended, however, they don't use it too often hence there's not much I can say about this product. They did say that it is smaller than they expected but overall easy to use.
