Probably the best frying pan in the world!!!
Easy to clean, solid and sturdy, this pan is perfect! Itโs heavy and will last for years and years; as long as you use it sensibly using soft utensils this will serve you well for many cooked meals. Going to buy it another size as well!!!

Extremely Impressed
Update: I originally reviewed this pan when I purchased it two years ago. I have used the heck out of this pan and it is the only pan I have that has endured harsh treatment and is still easy to clean. This thing is way better than the pans I have paid considerably more for and I plan to replace my other frying pans with more of this one. This is a must own pan!!! I have used a few different Ozeri Frying Pans, and I have to say that this particular one is now my favorite. The overall quality of this pan is remarkable. I love the weight and the way it cooks. It cooks evenly, is easy to clean and overall is a tremendous value for the price. This is now my goto frying pan. Update: So, after using this pan for some time now, I have to say that I think I would like to get another one. This pan is freaking awesome!!! It is a heavy pan and holds heat very well. This is by far Ozeri's best pan and well worth spending a bit more. It cleans easy and cooks wonderfully. By far, this is my favorite frying pan. It almost has a cast iron feel, but does not require the seasoning and has a non-stick surface that is effortless to clean, but it evenly distributes heat and has the ability to brown food if desired, which is something I have not been able to do as well in a lot of ceramic coated pans.

Good even heat through out the pan, energy saving as requiring less usage of gas level to cook with. Easy cleaning as the non stick surface can be washed under hot water and wiped clean with a paper towel. Highly recommend this brand.

Best non-stick ceramic pan, and I've tried far too many. Two Updates!
Finally! A ceramic non-stick pan that works and endures. I've bought them all, including Ozeri's cheaper lines of cookware and supposedly top of the line Scanpans. Most, no ALL of them stop being nonstick after a pretty short amount of time, generally from 1-4 months. The ceramic "eco" pans are the worst in terms of endurance. I'm happy to say that the Ozeri Ceramic Earth Fry Pan bucks the disappointment trend. It's by far the most sturdy of the nonstick pans I've purchased and feels great in your hand. The surface coating is ceramic, but with a deeply baked in texture. So far, there is absolutely no hint that this thing is going to become sticky like the rest have. It is not quite as smooth and glide-y like some of the other ceramic pans, but this gives me hope. It's more like seasoned french cast iron without actually being as heavy. My only fear is that Ozeri will stop making them. This fry pan is a one off in the Ceramic Earth "series". There are no other sizes. Am planning to buy a second one just in case. Ozeri, if you are listening, please make some additional sizes and keep makin' 'em. UPDATE: So TWO YEARS after purchasing this pan, it is still going strong. No scratches. Still nonstick. And Ozeri did indeed start making more sizes. Yay! This is simply a great pan. Buying more sizes now. UPDATE: THREE YEARS after purchasing, the nonstick is starting to fade. Not peeling or cracking, but definitely not top notch. The bottom is rusting a bit. Getting a new one every three years, I guess.

Highly recommended despite the high price.
Real thing, like iron cast without iron cast drawbacks. Cooks the best, allows high heat and heat is distributed evenly. Can be used in oven. Very solid - looks and feels indestructible, I hope it lasts. But there is a price - it is heavy, like really substantially heavier than regular fry pans due to three times thicker aluminum body.
