Gorgeous and Comfortable!
These chairs look like a million bucks, are incredibly comfortable, and so easy to roll around. They take a bit of time to assemble, but it isn't difficult if you follow the directions about leaving some mild wobble when you first screw each part in, until it is all together, then going back to tighten after all screws are in place. My best tip on assembly is that the two front legs are NOT interchangeable. The indented lines must face outward, away from the seat. Otherwise the brace will be in the wrong direction! If you have a decent set of tools, use your own hex screwdriver -- especially if you need to assemble more than one chair! I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Excellent price, very prompt shipping, and fully satisfying product. Highly recommended!!

Very pleased with quality of materials - great seating comfort!
I ordered 4 of these for my parents' breakfast bar in their open kitchen. I was very pleased with the quality of the materials, workmanship and hardware delivered. The chair requires full assembly of 6 main parts: 4 legs (received with casters attached already), back/arm piece and seat piece. Hardware is good quality and includes Allen tools. Instructions are pictures easily followed; I do recommend completing assembly as instructed as I tried to assemble one chair building from backrest piece first to see it was easier and it was not, at least not for me. The instructions suggest minimum of 2 persons and I can see that having an assistant would've helped build them easier/faster, but I was able to do it alone even though I'm not someone who does this kind of thing much; however, I am a capable handy-woman when I need to be :-) and I would say that with the 1st chair learning curve taking me the longest to complete, overall, I believe I averaged completing a chair per hour. If you'll attempt them by yourself also, then I'd recommend that you completely unpack, remove packaging and take a few minutes to order and pre-assemble the bolts/screws with their related lock/washers before starting so you're not fumbling with them as they're needed. Also, I built the chairs in my living on the carpet so I wouldn't scuff/damage anything. I also used a closed shipping box as a way to rest the seat while attaching the legs as well as the backrest when I got to that step. Regarding assembly, the instructions state that you do not fully tighten any screws until all pieces are assembled and then alternately, gradually tighten adjacent bolts/screws - this will allow for correct alignment and is highly recommended. However, the Allen tools will wear out your fingers as it is a lot of turning. If you can get a power-drill with the right size Allen heads, this will go a long way to assembling them faster without wearing a hole in your thumbs/fingers :-) BUT be VERY careful not to zip them tight too fast. Not all will be able to accessed with the drill (unless you have some better tools than I do) due to the position of the bolt/screw, but there will only be a few others that you'll need to secure by hand. My parents love them!

Great Looking Chair
Great chairs with great wheels. If youโre using for a kitchen table you may want to put a pillow on top of chair for extra height. Theyโre also very comfortable. A little difficult to put together but all in all a great looking chair.

without the instructions it's a nightmare to assemble and mine came with NO INSTRUCTIONS.
The product is handsome when assembled. Like most reviewers state the seat height is very low (18 inches) even for a gaming table (unless you have a very large rear end) so that makes it not usable as a dining chair. Fortunately I purchased one of these chairs not too long ago and I saved the instructions. Even with the instructions the first time assembly is a bit confusing. The instructions say to not tighten the bolts as you assemble the chair, OK, but the real trick is to just barely thread the bolts into their respective holes until all are threaded in. Otherwise you'd say NOTHING FITS. In addition there are several different size bolts...put them in other than corresponding size/depth holes (according to the instructions) and you might ruin the project (ouch). The finish and workmanship are excellent when completed. The chair (in my opinion) looks very "noble".

Assembly easy, good quality for price
Took 45 min for the first one and by the forth, only 15 min to assemble. If you do as they say and put it together loosely and then tighten it all, there is no problem lining everything up and makes it work easily. An electric drill with an allen bit makes it go faster, just be careful not to strip the screw. They are comfortable and stylish with goo strength. Appropriate for their very reasonable cost. I wouldn't use them in a family of four active kids, but then not much can survive that environment. They seem sturdy and should last just fine for our more sedate home. The "leather" seems to be strong and well attached, will see how they wear. All in all a very good product for a set of 4 at under 400$.

Cheaply preassembled junk
I had purchased these chairs from my house in Washington for my poker table. I bought five of them and over a period of three years for had broken. I got rid of the last one when I relocated, but I bought them again because I thought they were comfortable and looked good. So I purchased another five like an idiot. First one out of the box showed up with a split leg. Iโm not gonna waste my time attempting to assemble the other four. Do not purchase.

Excellent value for the money.
Writing this review on my wife's account, as she ordered them. Came undamaged and well packaged. No real instructions, just horrible pictures. WARNING make sure you use the right length screw in the right place, as I damaged a leg using the incorrect ones due to extremely bad instructions. The legged was replaced at no charge, but to be honest I told them it came damaged. Assembly was easy after the first and only mistake. Bought them on 9-13-2015 and to date they are working great. They are used in our formal dining room around a poker table that doubles as our dining table. Seems strange but the table is nice and used for poker and at all family gatherings. Bought 6 of the chairs and they have held up fine. We have an area rug over hardwood floor so I cannot comment on how they work on hard floors, but they work great on the carpet. We did not want to spend $500-600 a chair for poker chairs so when we saw these, and we looked for sometime, we took a chance and are glad we did. Excellent value for the dollar and look nice. Highly recommend them.

OK but needs longer screws in brackets
The chair is very comfortable but tricky to put together. The instructions say to not tighten the bolts until all are in place. This places tension on the screws holding the brackets in place on top of the legs. The screws are short and pulled out on the back legs during assembly. A return was OKed but I discovered that I had to pay the shipping which was at least $200 or more via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS - the chair only cost $140 to begin with, so the shipping would have been more than I originally paid. I used longer screws in place of the short ones and that seems to be working. The company did give me a partial refund that lowered my cost. If you buy the chair, I would just commend replacing the bracket screws with longer ones and the chair should be OK.
