NOT PHOTOCHROMIC!!!!!! Do not buy these if you want a transition lens!!! Instead, it comes with a clear lens installed, and a tinted lens as a backup that you have to swap out (which I still cannot figure out how to do - no instructions!). I wore them in bright sunlight, and they did not transition at all. Also, the name of these glasses on Amazon is "Ossat"; however, the name printed on the glasses is "Kallo". It looks identical to the picture, but is a different brand. This is not really important to me, but you may as well know what you're buying.
