Does this come in a United Cutlery box? like the sword of Anduril? It's own unique box with details?

That's right Alex, it has its own box.

does it also fit the narsil sword, or only anduril?

The box says it fits both of them.

It is designed to fit the UC1380 item?

It should, given it is made by United Cutlery. I bought this scabbard after buying Anduril from UC, and it fits great.

Does it come with the belt that goes around the waist? Or is a belt compatible with the weight and the scabbard sold by you guys?

It didn't come with a belt, but does have the connecting belt loops seen in the picture. It should fit most belts, haven't tried it yet.
