Customer service resolved all issues!
Update: Paradigm finally responded and worked out a solution. They sent us a brand new unit, fully assembled. So far it is working out great and the issues we had are now completely resolved. Thanks! Purchased on 6/13/19. Assembled and encountered problem same day. Left side of machine one of the metal arms that rotates the wheel, touches the plastic body of the unit and if left unfixed will scrape the plastic off and wear it down. The right side has plenty of clearance. This central part of the machine came pre-assembled - so we didn't screw that up, it arrived uneven. Sent email to customer service with all pertinent details attached....now 7 days later - crickets. Only a auto-generated email arrived. Nothing from any customer service rep. Tried calling the number and can't get through to anyone. Not cool at all. Not happy!

Right crank wobbles - Customer Support is Non-existant
Update Feb 17, 2021 - I have reached out to Progear support multiple times with no response. Progear is owned by Paradigm Health And Wellness. Their replacement parts page has ZERO parts for any ProGear machine. I emailed them with the details of the replacement right side crank 4 times with no response at all. Clearly no one is interested in supporting previously sold items. Reducing my rating to 1 star due to unable to get any support of any type on my elliptical. Severely disappointed as it started out great. Original Review - Overall the elliptical works fine. However, the right crank wobbles when in use and makes it feel unsteady and affects your stride and is very annoying. I can remove the plastic cap covering the bolt and tighten it with a socket wrench and it works like new again. However within 5 minutes it is loose again and wobbling just as bad as before. I had this issue with an old bike once before where the right crank would wobble and was very unsettling. I replaced the crank and it was great. I'm in the process of trying to get Paradigm Health and Wellness to send me a replacement crank. This wobbling started maybe 6 months after purchase but I'm past the 1 year warranty now. It has a 5 year warranty on the frame and 1 year on rest. The online replacement parts ordering on their web site has 0 items available for ANY product they sell. I guess this has to be a mistake so I just emailed them a request for replacement part. If the company honors the warranty with a replacement part I will update this review to let you know. Customer service is very important and this would be a good example. Outside of the wobbling crank the elliptical is fine. I would like to point out, that its a cross between an elliptical and a stepper leaning more towards a stepper. I wanted an elliptical that took very little space and this fit the bill, but to be smaller they had to adjust the strides which makes it more of a stepper. I use this almost daily for about 45 minutes while binging on different streaming TV series. I enjoy this elliptical, but the crank problem is disappointing and hopefully will be remedied by manufacturer

Good house cardio equipment
Today I used for the first time my program 9900. I am 5'2, and weight 130 pounds. I paid the service to get it assembled so I cannot say if it was easy to assemble or not. I would say, I don't think I would have been able to do it by myself. Pros: *Size. It is a good size to have at home. *Noise level. The expected noise of an equipment being used. *Workout in general. You get a good sweat out of it. I used it for 1 hour at level 1. *My cloud fitness. Gives you a informative summary of your workout even in your equipment display doesn't work well. Cons: *Display: my equipment seems to have problems displaying the distance number. It shows incomplete. *The thing to put the water bottle is useless, when I put my bottle there, and started my workout the bottle fell on the floor spilling my carpet. I had to hang my bottle from one of the handles instead. In general I would recommend the equipment. I don't know if it would be good for very tall or large people. It is compact.

Many cons
I am unboxing it now and some of the metal already appears to be rusted be it set up fine. Can wobble a little in the center at times but other than that for the price it is perfect. I am a 5 ft tall girl so if you are much taller than me you may not enjoy it as much UPDATE: second day in and it went from smooth to awful squeaking noise

Great machine
Came fast was easy to assemble and gives a great cardio workout. Fits in a small corner of the room too. May sure you relevel the feet if you do move the machine to a different spot.

Compact But Over Priced
I like that it’s compact and gives a good workout. My husband who is an excellent mechanic put it together and the left step is a little wobbly. The handles also don’t fit tightly and are also a little wobbly. It started squeaking pretty loud within a few weeks of use but fixed it with WD40. The water bottle holder is useless. Overall it’s ok and I use if often however it’s definitely over priced.

No recomiendo

Pongo 1 estrella porque se rompió la cinta que lleva por dentro. Traté de contactar con soporte, me pidieron enviar vídeos y todo para que al final ni contesten..
