Excellent Dutch oven
I used to love the hard anodized Dutch oven I bought about 8 yrs ago. Despite using no metal utensils and always hand washing, the nonstick surface was deteriorating. I decided to go to stainless steel, and wanted induction compatibility. The fits the bill completely. It cooks evenly and cleans up easily. Excellent! Sturdy!

Function plus Fashion
I bought this pot for soups and stews and needed a pot that would produce Fond. Also wanted something I could lift from oven when filled. This works for both. In addition, it’s Pretty!

Not great for a ceramic or glass cooktop.
I am sure this would be an excellent product for a gas stove HOWEVER I have a ceramic cooktop. The bottom of the pan was not even therefore contact was minimized resulting in uneven hotspots. It also lengthened the cooking time. Too bad as this was exactly what I was looking for. 6 Qt. with a glass cover. Other than that the quality was fine. Good weight and finish. The search goes on.

PERFECT SIZE FOR STEWS
I received the 10-piece Zwilling cookware as a gift, and it did not come with the 6-qt size pot. I was excited to find the 6-qt Zwilling on Amazon and this completed my cookware set! Heavy duty and very good quality. Very happy with the product.
