Removed the squeeks and rust prevention as well as ease of use all in one application. Lubricant quality was outstanding. I have had to reapply in Arizona 3X in 6 months but in places like California less. There is a strong smell that goes away after 2-3 days. Bottle had no leaks, easy to use and some sticky residue but that’s normal.

Garage Door was squeaking , I spray and now a few months later and still no noise. Worked well. Easy to use but it did drip just a little.

Great protection sprays straight, no greasiness so it doesn’t collect dirt can be used in other places so it’s very versatile. It adheres to metal very well. Will stop your noisy garage door. Use it on the springs and rollers the cable drums and hinges.

Item arrived on time and was as described. This is an excellent product, I sprayed this on all of my garage doors moving parts. The garage door opened more smoothly. The smell is not overly powerful, but definitely wear a mask. I love the straw that gets into tight spots and the spray feature for wider areas.

This 3 in 1 is the greatest. I use it on my garage door once every 2 months and my garage door runs perfect. No noises nothing. Its even better then wd40 imo. This product can be used on anything that has a joint. Great stuff
