Battery Case for 4.7'' iPhone 8/7/6s/6 4500mAh Ultra Slim Extended Battery Rechargeable Protective Portable Charger Support Headphones (Black)

I bought this to replace a previous batter case. I liked the design, the ability to easily take my phone out if needed, and that is used the same charging cord as my iPhone. I loved it so much I bought a second one for my partner. The one I bought the charging port came loose so I ordered a third one. However, while traveling, it wouldn't charge my phone. Later that day I pulled my phone out, reinserted, and charged again (mind you - it had a full night charge) and later in the evening it worked. A few days later, my phone and case was plugged in again overnight and it didn't receive a charge. Tried the same again and decided to return. I gave 2 stars because 1 of the 3 I would rate 4 stars. I felt 2 was fair.

The case sucked the battery charge from my phone at the worst time. I pressed the charge button on the case and the green light went on indicating a sufficient charge is left on the case. Well, what happened was the worst thing possible. It took the charge from m phone. My phone was in my pocket, not in use, for five minutes and went from 60% charge to 16%. I know my iPhone drains fast but that was insane. I think it thought the iphone was a charging cable and instead of charging my phone it charged itself from my phone. It happened of course when I neede to take pictures of a special event. Spend the extra money and go with the Apple case.

The battery case does what it's supposed to, it charges the phone on the go. BUT, the case and the phone cannot be charged at the same time when plugged in. When the phone is hooked into the case, the only way to charge the phone is via the button on the back of the case. So, at the end of the night before sleep, when I plug in my phone (inside the case), only the case is charged up to 100% and the phone stays at it's current percentage. What I was expecting was for both the phone AND case to be charged up to 100% overnight, so that the next day, I could have full use of my phone's battery and the case's battery. Would not purchase again.I started a Support case with the company asking if this was intended, and 5 weeks later, I finally have my answer. Unfortunately, I'm out of my window now to return the product...

Bought May 4th and now, May 30, and the charger stopped working.I guess I learned my lesson to pay more money and get a real one.I researched for a while to try and find a charging case that was affordable and durable. I made the mistake of giving this one a try. I'll pay more next time

I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband and now we share it. It’s amazing. Zero complaints and I need to order another for myself. Charges so fast, easy to take on and off, and easy to charge the case.

Initially, I loved this product as it would charge my iphone 6s multiple times per day if needed. The battery life was great. After about one month I started having difficulties charging the case and sometimes it would not charge at all. As of today it completely died. When I press the button to charge my phone it either doesn't light up or it flashes white, blue, green and red.TLDR; Stopped working within 2 months of use.

I was so happy with this product at first. It would charge my phone quickly and multiple times. But I realized I was having to charge my phone more than usual. That’s when I realized that it was also draining my battery quickly. I would leave my phone with the screen off and after 30 minutes my phone would go down 10%.

Bought it not too long ago... the charging port is super loose, you have to play with the charger to get it to charge. If you have a low amp battery charger, it won’t charge your phone and case at the same time. Worst of all, now it won’t even charge my phone. It flashes and stops charging my phone after a second
