Q: What does this headshell weigh in grams?

About 11 grams with the wires or 10 grams without the wires.

Q: Will this fit an audio-technica atlp1240usbxp?

Yes it will fit, but it will almost certainly not align properly. There is no azimuth adjustment and when I tried to rotate the collar the whole head shell snapped in half. It looks cool but is poorly made.

Q: Hi.. i've decided to pair this headshell with an adc k8e .. what length screws ?

I can only answer by my success. I tried a 1/4 inch screw and not enough threads into the cartridge. I did not measure the screw, but it is the next size up from 1/4 inch should work.

Q: Will this fit a thorens td-150mkii ab tone arm?

I tried a friends headshell with this plug same this afternoon. Actually it WON'T work because the Thorens TP3 headshells use LONGER insertion "pins". It will screw onto the tone arm but does not connect properly electrically because of the shorter length on this. THANKS for the input.
