Useful for every home
I suffer migraine & back pain... It's been very useful. I don't use the way it has guided but I use the long stick for backpain (I sleep on it placing it to the pain areas). I rub the roller when I get headache and in extreme pain I cover the roller in hanky, place on pillow and sleep (do not try if you feel uncomfortable). My mother used the standing one as she sufferers gastric and she feels better after standing for sometime.
