what is the main differences of this from the mini deluxe model?

Size & price. They both clamp 2-1/2" material. The mini looks like it would be less in the way since it's shorter and the knob is smaller. I have the standard ones and they work very well. I don't have the mini, but I'm sure it would stay more out of the way on my CNC Shark... but it's not worth twice the price when what I have works well enough.

Would these work in a Pegasus work table?

I have two of the most awesome Worx Pegasus work tables and several of the Rockler Deluxe Hold Down Clamps. The two are not compatible as the Pegasus channel is significantly wider (1” at its narrowest) than the head of the hold Down Clamp bolt. You would have to find a bolt with a shaft this enough to go through the clamp as well as a head wide enough (no wider than 1.25” wide, but no smaller than 1” wide) to stay in the channel. HTH

Will this work with a dremel 220 work station?

Cynthia, I THINK, these would work, but they are roughly 6 inches longand that may be too big for your machine. I also think Rockler or some onemakes shorter hold down that may work better for you.
