Returned as Not Recommended by AAP
This was my bad for not looking it up thoroughly but any kind of positioning device, even if put under the mattress, is not recommended by AAP. In addition, recent studies show that, contrary to popular belief, laying at a slight incline does not help and can actually make reflux worse by putting pressure on the abdomen. Only sitting almost entirely upright helps keep the stomach contents down. Since this is what I wanted to use it for, I returned it before using. I will note the seller has a very generous return window and I had no problem getting my money back. If you are comfortable with using this for your baby, it seems to be a great quality product and fit in the Halo Bassinest with just about 1/2-3/4 inch around it (not 100% snug) so it would work for that purpose I believe. I am just Little Miss AAP and don't feel comfortable.

Worked perfect for the halo bassinet
My pediatrician recommended inclining the bassinet due to acid reflux and congestion. We ordered this because it said it for the halo. I was skeptic as a lot of wedges say they fit the halo but if you read the reviews people said they don't. The reviews for this product said it did. It fit perfect and baby girl slept very well with it! I highly recommend this product.

Not for my baby...
This wedge fits the halo bassinest. I purchased this item because I was concerned about my baby and her spitting up. I put this under the bassinest mattress pad before my babies nap, only to find her 20 minutes later in a lower position. She had been sliding down from her original position. This concerned me since her head and neck had been in an awkward position and have since removed it.I think this product could work for babies who don’t move around as much.

Fits well works okay - baby size dependent
Bought it for reflux like everyone else, it's probably slightly too big for a Halo. If it was about quarter shorter over all the way it fits our baby as is it takes up about half of the bassonette so our 1 month old just slides around on it winds up scrunched all the way down to the bottom and jammed into the short half of the Halo. Tried the attached home remedy and it worked for keeping her there but having all of that extra stuff and a Halo just doesn't seem that safe. I ended up disassembling the crib from the nursery bringing it into our bedroom and putting some towels under the mattress. I had hoped that this wedge would alleviate all of that effort but it didn't in the end. Just end up selling the wedge with the Halo since I don't feel right now that there's spit up all over it and we've washed it a couple of times I'd hate to return it and have somebody else deal with this thinking they got a new product. At least somebody who buys it from me use knows it's used.

Love!
Loved this product, our baby girl has been struggling with really bad reflux (that we recently found out was due to a tongue tie and possible milk protein allergy) since she was born. We bought this to try transition her from her rock n play to the bassinet without making her sleep flat on her back causing a reflux flair up. It’s the perfect incline and doesn’t move at all in the bassinet!

Totally fits the halo bassinet!
I did a lot of research before ordering a wedge for my halo bassinet this one by far is amazing and for the halo perfectly with NO gaps at all! I was hesitant at first do to some saying it left gaps but proceeded anyways and so happy I did. Just the right elevation where My three week old does not slide down at all.It is the prefect softness for comfort and perfect transition from bassinet to wedge. I def recommend this to anyone looking for a wedge. Also did NOT have a chemical smell at all.

Really helps my 2 month old with reflux.
I have had it for a few days now and I have noticed gradual improvement every morning since I started using it. My daughter would get very fussy every morning when being fed. The same thing would happen when feeding her after a nap. The wedge has helped a lot. After 4-5 days, she was was barely fussy at all. Feels very soft with a little bit of firmness.

Fine product but didn’t work for us
Well made, fits perfect, but the product didn’t work for us. Baby just slid or wiggled down and still had reflux issues.
