Tripp Lite24-Port 1U Rackmount Cat5e Feedthrough Patch Panel, RJ45 Ethernet(N054-024)

Pricey, but awesome.I have structured wiring and already had RJ45 connectors on each cable run at the head end and did not feel like going through the hassle of cutting them off and then manually punching each one down. I mounted this patch panel on my wall using a Tripp Lite 1U bracket and simply plugged each run into the back. Zero issues...and all lines are running at 1Gb. Worth the expense to me.

For you CISCO guys...this is a far superior product to deal with than punch down panels...unless you like making cables? I personally only seem to make bad cables...but thats another story :) As for the patch bay, it works as intended, I have run RJ 45's into the rear of the panel from various end user devices out to my routers and switches. Works like a dream.

Feedthru are hard to find at a decent price. I have purchases several of this particular product and they have not failed yet.

This is a very unique item that allowed me to clean up the cabling in my rack in a unique. It is quite expensive, though.

Perfect for what I need. No punch down.
