VIQUA 602805 Replacement UV Lamp For Models D4, D4+, D4 Premium systems

I have had good luck for a few years with these but the last one I had only lasted three months. I have heard that the cheaper ones do not last but this was not cheap. I hope my last one was unusual and this one will last.

Factory replacement that fits as advertised. Had no issues replacing.

I have ordered one of these before, with no issue. The bulb came quickly, but when I installed it, the system continues to say there was a problem with the bulb, that is when the fun started. I called the manufacturer, VIQUA and left a message. They called back in a few minutes, only to tell me that they do not do any technical support, I have to contact the distributor who sold me the bulb. That was PROVISO. Called them, but their phone system would not pick up, only played their greeting message over and over. Could not leave a message or contact info. Went to their chat bot, but that was of no use. So on a Friday afternoon, I am left with a useless water system and likely no call back before Monday.After about 30 minutes playing with the system I was able to reset the 1 year timer. Instructions with the bulb do not say how to do that, nor does it mention if the plastic sleeve on the bottom of the bulb is supposed to be removed.

Bulb came well packaged and with good instructions. Installation and cleaning was a 15 minute process

I recently ordered the replacement bulb for my VIQUA D4 System. First, it was an easy install; less than 15 minutes. Saved me a $125 service call and I noticed last time the tech did not clean the glass tube where the bulb is housed. I used CLR as recommended in the instructions. Glad I cleaned the tube because on the initial inspection the tube looked clean. After wiping it with CLR and reminding the tube with clean water, you could the residue that was removed. If you don’t clean the tube, the efficiency of the bulb is reduced.Anyway, while opening the box where the tube came in I noticed a new cap for the bulb and a new o ring. According to the instructions, I needed to replace the old cap with the new one. However, the tube did not fit properly into the new cap, so I used the old one. Not sure if this will affect the performance or predispose the unit to leaking. We will see. At this point I am 100% satisfied and will by another bulb from Amazon again.

I was worried, it was super fast and easy instal.

This uv bulb was used in my home filtration system. It even came with installation instructions that helped me get the job done.

Product was received with in 2 days of ordering. Easy to install.

Functions as it is supposed to, however, found it expensive.

The product arrived in time,the right product, every thing 100%, would appreciate if the driver would have rung the door bell.

Purchased a replacement for the first time since having a UV filter installed in our home last year. When our plumbers installed our VIQUA system, they recommended that we purchase a VIQUA-specific replacement. I haven't been able to find these in store where we live but thankfully I found it on Amazon. Quick delivery, was here on site the following day. Product came with instructions and replacement was super simple to do. Now we are set for clean water for another year. Highly recommend this if you have a VIQUA system.

Better than the big box stores, get the name brand not crap generics
