Shock DoctorMen's 335 Protection cup

Haven't worn a cup in 20 years. Now that I'm umpiring, I needed protection behind the plate. These compression shorts are SOOO much more comfortable than the old-school style. Haven't taken any hits to test the cup yet (and hope not to), but seems to be sturdy.

I have two of these now and they are great for my Kumite in Karate. The pouch for the cup makes it comfortable and doesn’t move at all.

Just with trying it on, so far I'm giving it close enough to 5 stars.I'm a 35" waist, so ordered large (34-36" waist). Fits perfectly. Another big plus is that the cup's edges are coated in rubber. This does a great job of keeping it in place. Cup pocket is on the inside of the pants, so that should help with keeping things in place, too.The only con that I can think of is that you can't just order the shorts without the cup. The cup should be fine with wiping out between uses, so I could see having a few shorts with just one cup. Unfortunately, to have multiple pair of shorts, I'm going to have multiple cups, too.My next sparring class is in 2 weeks. I'll try to remember to come back and update afterwards. If there are no updates, assume I'm happy!
