Excellent little storage device
This little flash drive arrived on time, and is an excellent little storage device to help me clear up space on my iPhone and iPad. I was able to transfer photos and videos in just a matter of a couple of minutes and then just as easily transfer them to an external drive by attaching the thumb drive to my computer. All you need to do is read and follow the directions. I highly recommend it.

App interface
The app once downloaded is very complicated. New folders, new tabs, lots of pop up questions. I was looking for an easy to use pop in and sync type of drive. This drive with the app is NOT it.

Great device
Like any new electronic device there is a learning curve. Used to be able to hook my phone right up to the computer and download from there but for some reason that quick working. Skeptical of this product at first and a little trouble getting the hang of it. I coach volleyball and download every clip from my phone. This weekend I downloaded 474 different plays in less that 15 minutes. What a great little device!!!

Works great
i backed up all my photos quickly and then transferred them to my pc. this is an easy way to get some extra space on your phone. I do wish it had an option to delete pictures from phone when back up is complete.

I Loved this dual PC-USB & iPad-USB Product & its Concept because it greatly extends the storage capacity of files I can reference on my Mini-iPad (128 GB) since I have a large number of very large files on my PC that I would like to quickly transport for use on my handy & small iPad Tablet. Drop Box, file magnet, etc. are useless and too slow with these large files since they impact the iPad's modest storage capacity, but they work fine via this device.Unfortunately, my unit only worked OK briefly -- So I am returning it for a viable & working unit.I suspect that the problem with this specific unit was an unusual fluke.

It’s a 10 out of 10 for me though!
Exactly what I needed it to do! I run a photography business so I like to pull up photos from my shoot on my iPad to work on them! But it takes up a lot of storage on my iPad so this way I can store all my shoots safely and all organized into folders and transfer to my computer of external hard drive if needed! A plus side- now that I know how to work it- It’s going to make awesome Xmas gifts for my family this year too! 🤫 Shhh!!

Moving files between iPhone and computer made easy
I have an iPhone X. The new lightening connector is much faster, but if I wanted to transfer a file to my computer from the iPhone it wouldn’t work— until now. This USB flash drive is”ambidextrous,” moving files from phone to computer and back is a snap.

Very nice product. Quality construction. The instructions were not clear to me on iPad interface. Otherwise a 5 star.
