This seems to be working for me. I currently take Deplin for moodiness/depression, but it’s very expensive and insurance doesn’t cover it. I’ve taken Deplin for 12 years. I found this and my doctor said it’s ok to try. I also talked to my pharmacist and she also said it wouldn’t hurt to try. My mood is still good after taking this for a solid 2 months. I’m on 7.5 mg. The same dose as my Deplin.

I was prescribed this by a doctor but of course insurance wouldn’t cover it. And the pharmacy cost was almost $200. This is just what was prescribed and works great. Thanks

These methyl folate pills are easy to swallow. I appreciate that they come in the dosage my doctor recommended for me. No negative side effects for me personally.

Works as well as more expensive brands. Have been taking for about a month. Great value!

The Key Principle is IVONNE ANDREA GALLO POSADA.Unclear whether the plant in FL has been kept open, but a recent post by an employee stated that they were experiencing money issues and the employee has not been paid for two pay periods.Since I was considering purchasing their products on Amazon, I wanted to do some homework first. Who's Dr. Sass?! At this point I don't feel comfortable purchasing, despite some glowing reviews.

I trust that my body is getting what it needswith this. I’d say I do notice a little difference in mood as the most obvious change. It’s a good value for a higher dose, so I’ll keep ordering for sure.

To start methylfolate, our doctor told us to step up and finding these sizes helps with that. These sizes allow you to step up with a really pure formula, as the only other ingredients are corn fiber and the vegetarian capsule.If you have the MTHFR mutation, you should end up taking 15 mg - the same dose as Deplin minus all the artificial colors and other garbage ingredients. Not to mention, this DSO methylfolate is a fraction of the price of Deplin.My daughter’s doctor kept pushing Deplin, despite her food allergies. A folate deficiency affects mood, anxiety, and more. Very glad to find a methylfolate this pure.My daughter and I have the MTHFR mutation, plus celiac and food allergies. Our ingredient limitations mean it can be hard to find supplements.
