If you are taller than 5'2", then you probably need a large. There is no stretch to the material and has a very short torso. I ordered the medium at first and the straps on the crotch were giving me a serious wedgie! I ordered the large next and I loved it. I'm 5'5", 145 pounds.

Im 5'7 130lbs small bust ordered M but this still looks awesome. But only thing is its very short so if u have a long torso I suggest large or the cut out doesn't line up well. I loosened the straps which helps some but cuts in down below and ends up being more of a thong... . Update ripped on the 2nd try on
