Solid Core and Strength Workout
I like all of the intermediate-advanced DVD's by BodyBar. Mindy, Keli & Lashaun are all great instructors. Lashaun who is featured in the DVD is not as well-known as the others. But she is just as good - solid set of core & strength workout, easy to follow instructions, and nice reminders on breathing and holding good form. You can choose the entire workout or mix and match the workout. I do sections on weekdays and the whole 60 min 'only' on weekends. I've this DVD for 6 months now and I'm not bored with it yet.
