Life saver
I have been wearing custom made insoles from my podiatrist and my feet kill me everyday. Today was the first day I wore these Birkenstock insoles. I walked 18000 steps and my plantar fasciitis isn’t hurting me. It’s a miracle.

Not as much support from these insoles as you would receive from an actual Birkenstock shoe, however, they do suffice. B-

These are amazing insoles for flat very unhappy feet. I have a very wide and flat feet. AMAZING INSOLES SOOOOOOOO WORTH THE $$!!
Birenstock sandals years ago and loved them and I do not know why I quit. None the less I picked up a pair wore them this summer and my feet love them. Normally my feet will have cramping at end of day and them when I get up in am can hardly walk on them. I have very wide flat feet and my joints are doublejointed (my dad and brother are to- I guess it is inherited) and so my feet and toes have extra movement real loose which is to my detriment but the original Birkenstock that has the Anatomic shape, toe grip and deep heel cup to stabilise the foot works like a dream, I love them.I am done going to Ortho Dr.'s and spending a fortune to sorely dissappointed. I have several pairs of Keen shoes (casual,tennis shoe and snow boots)that I love but the insole does not work for me so I took out the Keen insole and replaced with the Birko Sport insole and it is awesome. I am so excited. I bought the Birkenstock Farmington boots and I wore them from 9:30 am to 10 pm and my feet felt amazing. I just ordered to more pair of these insoles. I have 3 pair for each pair of my shoes, So satisfied and happy to have happy feet! :)

Great choice. Saved me buying custom orthotics.
I have no cartilage between my talor navicular bone. I’ve had surgery and only received partial relief. When I stand for a long time (required for my job) I’m in excruciating pain. Wear Birkenstock sandals alleviates most of this pain. But I was stuck wearing sandals every day. These insoles fit perfectly and give my arch the support needed. I think the toe ridge helps support by bad foot too. I wore regular athletic shoes all day yesterday with these in them and was able to go 7-8 hours with minimal pain (a huge win for me). I love them.

No more pain!
I thought I had already reviewed these! The first day I put these insoles in my walking shoes, I had NO knee or hip pain at all by evening. I thought it was too good to be true! I’ve been wearing them for several weeks now, with the same result! They’re fantastic. DO read the directions and take the current insoles out of your shoes before inserting these. They don’t fit in my dress boots, as those insoles don’t come out. Although these seem expensive, they’re worth every penny!

the insert packaging was all ripped apart inside the amazon package.
