Sonic Facial Cleansing Brush Silicon Vibrating Waterproof Facial Cleansing System

Please note while reading this review that I am an adult(24) with very oily skin, and that I have only used this product to wash my face and neck.PROS:Charges fast and last a long time on a single charge; can easily go a month without having to charge it again even if used twice a day.Easy to use; the controls are not complicated.It is not heavy and the design makes it very easy to hold.The vibration level is very adjustable(low to high).Waterproof.CONS:It doesn't exfoliate as much as I would like it to do on it's own but, if I use it with my lightly exfoliating cleanser (I use  Alba Botanica Acnedote, Face & Body Scrub, 8 Ounce ) then I get a good scrub.I don't find the "massaging side" to massage very well, however I did notice that my skin absorbed my facial lotion much faster and it felt nicer than when I apply with my fingers.I find it difficult to get a good scrub in the creases of my nose.OVERALL:I am happy with what this product does. It is a good alternative for those face scrubbers that require you to buy new brushes every month.My tip for keeping this product clean is to use a Toy Cleaner (and yes, I mean sex toy cleaner) that works on all materials, it has worked well for me.I highly recommend getting this product on sale.

Honestly, I would like to give the actual brush 5 stars. It works great and I love it, but my experience wasn't the best.I ordered this product here and received it no problem. However, I noticed that the charging cord it comes with did not work. I chose to go to the company and see if I could get a new cord since the brush itself worked great. There is no phone number on their website, just an email that promises to reply within 24 hours. A few days later, they finally respond and promise to send me a new cord within 7-10 days. That never happened. I finally decided to contact Amazon and just replace the whole product, which they did without any problems.Bottom line, this brush is great, but MelodySusie needs to provide better service for their customers.

This is a really good deal if you are looking for a silicone cleansing tool. I was deciding on purchasing the Forea Luna Mini and doing some research on it when I came across this product. I have held my sister's Forea Luna Mini before and it feels pretty much like the same thing (although I didn't do a side-by-side comparison). It works as promised. And I can definitely feel the difference after cleansing my face with this compared to just using my hands. I think the price is pretty reasonable compared to other electronic cleaning devices out in the market.One thing that I am usually concerned with when purchasing "fakes" or "dupes" for electronics is the battery life. For this item, I've never encountered any battery problems nor having it not turn off/on properly. In fact, I was actually so excited to use it that I didn't charge it before starting to use it. About a month later, I decided to plug it in for a charge because I was going on a trip and didn't want to bring the charger. So it does last quite a long time before needing to be charged.I use this on a near daily basis to help with blackheads and breakouts. My acne hasn't magically disappeared but this product helps and even encourages me to cleanse my face better and more often. The only suggestion I would make to the company is to make this in more colors.

I have been using this brush every day for about a month and it has effectively removed my makeup and any grime from the day. I am only 14 so I can not speak for the wrinkle reduction aspect, but I can say that it has not significantly improved my acne. No its credit, nothing has, other than the caveman regimen but that doesnt work for my lifestyle because I play softball and I dont have the confidence to not wear makeup. So, it really is a nice brush if you just want to get a deeper clean than usual, but from my experience it didnt improve any skincare concerns. The customer service on the other hand is top notch. That is the reason they are getting 5 stars instead of 4. I accidentally threw away my charger in the chaos of Christmas and I contacted Melody susie and after a quite long back and forth thread, the company found a way to send me a charger on priority 2 day shipping. They did the priority mail without me even asking for it. Melody Susie always responded quickly and I really did have a good experience. It was also the same lady the entire time, not jumping around different people or a robot response. She didnt seem to speak english very well, but definitely wanted me to be satisfied and did what she could. Thank you melody susie!

The first one I got did not turn on, which lost them a star. BUT, the second one I got works great and I used it for at least a month before I thought I should charge it (it didn't run out of life by then, though). I really like it and it totally beats spending over $100 for the alternatives!!

This facial cleansing brush works fine. It came with very little on how to use it otherwise I would have given it five stars.

LOVELOVELOVE this little gem!!! I had invested into the big face/body Clairsonic Brush, and I was extremely disappointed of its two year shelf-life... When you invest $300+ on a very renowned brand, you hope to have faith in it... Unfortunately, it let me down. I decided not to 'splurge' on my next go-round with a face cleanser, and this little gadget COMPLETELY fit the bill!!!! Love the size, strength, and softness it provides for my 41 year-old face.... I most definitely will buy another one when/if this MelodySusie Sonic Face Brush ever decides to check out.... Until then, I'm a truly satisfied customer...(a total plus for being easy on the pocketbook, too)
