Truly ergonomic mouse and seriously stunning looks too!
I’ve been using a vertical mouse for a number of years due to shoulder/arm/hand problems, but when my trusty old vertical mouse started stopping in the middle of me doing something important due to me forgetting that a wireless rechargeable mouse needs charging every now and again, I decided to go back to a wired mouse. Having developed severe arthritis in my hands, particularly my thumb and right-click-mouse-finger, I needed something truly ergonomic, so set off on a search of “best ergonomic mouse” review sites. This one was almost identical to one that was recommended, and being a good few pounds cheaper than the more expensive recommended one, I chose this. Great buy! For the first 30 minutes I wasn’t sure I’d made the right decision as it took a bit of getting used to, but I persevered, and by the end of the first day using it for work, to my surprise I found that my thumb pain was no worse than it had been at the start of the working day, and my “right-click-mouse-finger” was only marginally worse, which was a big improvement on my previous mouse. PROS - Looks stunning, though distinctly un-mouse-like - It matches my PC which has a clear side panel and LED light kit installed, with its fabulous lights (options on the mouse to have a solid colour or ‘breathing’ lights) - It’s plug ‘n’ play, but install its driver to programme the buttons to do anything you want to do (within reason!) and alter the DPI and such like - After the initial getting used to, it feels totally natural to hold, though if you have a large hand size or small one you might not find the buttons ideally placed (mine are medium – I wear size ‘M’ rubber gloves for washing up if that helps describe them better!) - A removeable wrist-rest means you don’t have to artificially hold your wrist off your desk/mouse mat, so it doesn’t put any strain on your wrist - It’s incredibly light, especially given its size, and requires almost no effort to move it around - The shape of it means your thumb just rests on it, so you don’t have to grip, or put any pressure into holding it with your thumb - ‘Back’ and ‘forward’ buttons on the thumb side of the mouse for navigating back and forth on the web need only a tiny movement of your thumb, but they have a definite ‘click’ so you can’t easily accidentally press them - As with the thumb side of the mouse, the finger side of the mouse, due to its shape, means your hand just rests on it, so again, very little grip required, in fact virtually none needed - The large buttons, left and right, are easy to use, with no stretching of the fingers, and for the scroll-wheel you just let your index finger relax down onto it - You can use it for long spells (obviously with appropriate “screen breaks” – must be mindful of H&S!) without it causing fatigue to your arm/wrist/hand - Did I mention how pretty it is? CONS - How comfortable you find it will depend on the size of your hand to some extent, but I guess that’s true of any vertical mouse - It is quite tall. If, like me, you have an under-desk slide-out keyboard/mouse ‘table’ and there’s not much depth between the top of the desk and your keyboard/mouse table, you’ll need to have it slid fully out, as with my ‘hide-away’ home office desk the mouse doesn’t fit under the desk, so at night has to sleep on top of the desk. I can honestly say I think this is the most comfortable vertical mouse I’ve ever used! Did I mention how pretty it is?

Great value & quality. Would buy again.
This is my second ergonomic mouse! Love the lights and it's very comfortable to use. Prefer that it's wired as I don't have to worry about batteries or charging when I'm working.

Generally good, wrist rest at the wrong angle
I have no major complaints starting out; it will take some time to adjust to the new hand position but so far the mouse is comfortable, and the button placements mostly make sense. I like the thumb button positions as they are both in convenient places to press by just moving the thumb up or down slightly. It seems to avoid aggravating my wrist and forearm like my previous conventional mouse did. One criticism I can level at it is that the included wrist rest, while it is still useful,, probably should have been made to protrude another 20-30 degrees anti-clockwise compared to where it currently is. My palm/wrist hangs off the right edge slightly. Still, it wasn't too hard to get used to. Time will tell whether it holds up to long term use but my initial impressions are positive.

Great Vertical Mouse!
I was starting to get some straining pains in my hand and I spend a lot of time on the computer be it for work or gaming. I decided it was time to get a vertical mouse and this was the one I chose. I did fear that it wouldn't be as responsive as a normal mouse for gaming, but after a little getting used to going vertical, I haven't had any issues what so ever. You can customise the RGB lighting to match your system (I went with red) and I've had a LOT of use out of this and it is still going strong. Oh and hand strain issues have gone away! I couldn't however get on with the attachment for the wrist support, that did feel like it restricted my mouse movement, but that is an optional extra and can be attached/detached to the mouse at will.

nice, when it works, i wish that was more reliable
my hand with arthritis has hurt less since using an upright mouse. this ons suits a large hand (many don't) it puts itself on standby when not in use and wakes up when any button pressed. this makes the battery last. however the lag is awful. you never know when the cursor will move or not. i experiemented with different positions, different ports. i can't get it to work well. i wish that instesad of persisting with trying to get it to work that i had just sent it back in the allowed period.

Great look and ergonomic design where are lefty ones
Great ergonomic design and style sadly not in left handed design and doesn’t work well with dell designs.

Love it!
I suffer with Arthritis in my fingers and hands and a normal mouse is too painful to use. I sync this to my MacBook Air, seamlessly, and it’s fabulous! Very ergonomic, comfortable and sturdy.

Got rid my RSI again
I regret having to buy this mouse - not because of anything wrong with the mouse but with the fact that I was stupid enough to allow myself to develop RSI in the first place. It started with twinges in the wrist and then the index finger was painful to flex. Typical doc response was to take painkillers and go away. I know that vertical mice are better than the normal ones because they position the bones and tendons in a natural way instead of twisting them. See I knew that and I still did not get one until the pain was too much! You can spend a silly amount on these sorts of mice but take it from me - you need to get one that fits well in your hand. You need your hand to be in a naturally slightly open pose and this is great for that and for my size of hand. Charging via USB-C takes hardly anytime and you can continue to use the mouse whilst it is charging. It will take some time to get used to it. You will probably hate it right away but you need to get used to using the mouse is a different (and better) way.
