This gel is consistent, non-irritating, and easy to dispense. I used it for a DIY skincare project and it spread evenly without stickiness. The bottle is generously sized and lasts a long time. It’s also great for medical or massage use. If you need a reliable ultrasound gel, this one’s a solid choice—clean, effective, and affordable.

Works well though it does seem to dry out after 20+ minutes. I have not had any negative skin reactions to it. Smell is mild. It does leave a little sticky feeling and dries to a white film on skin.

It does help with shockwave to private parts, just wish it would hold up longer but its waterbased.

I’ve been buying this gel for about three years now, and I use it with my ultrasound machine. It works really well
