I'm a smallish B cup and I like that these are small enough that they don't poke out of my bra. I think they add around 1 cup size, my boobs look great. If they were bigger they'd poke out of my bra. I did not find that they were stinky or sweaty after wearing them for a while, but they also don't grip your skin as much (if they did they would be stinky so it's a trade off). So they move around slightly enough that I'm considering putting them inside the lining of my swimwear when it gets warm enough to try them out with my bikini. But overall I think these were a great buy and love the size.

I'm a nursing mother and recently one breast stopped producing milk so the two are very different sizes: A vs C. I use one insert to fill out my C bra on one side to avoid a lopsided look. These inserts are perfect. I was even brave enough to wear a fitted shirt today and felt confident. No slippage, no weird bulges, and I love that they're washable/reusable. I make sure to wear an underwire 't-shirt bra' that has light padding and already has a little shape to it.

I love these and the work well for a little extra support. They are a bit on the small side, so I still have to put another pad in my sports bras, but they work well for the price. I do like how they are not covered in cloth, so they can be easily washed and dried off and used again immediately.

I think the design doesn't cover much of your breast for that overall lift. maybe if you had larger than my breasts it would give you more of a lift and illusion of larger breasts. also, the product is a little stiff. doesn't feel too soft. i would be afraid to put it in my bathingsuit. but it is easy to clean and is lightweight.

These did not produce the desired effect at all. I was looking for more push and more fullness. NOT even close. Total waste of money. More fullness in a padded bra and with my padded bra, can't even tell they are there. Do NOT recommend this product if you are looking for MORE in your bra.

Great product! Depending on what you are looking for, but somebody with 34A it adds cup size. It has very nice shape and softness to it. It is thicker at the bottom and probably adds the full cup size to your bra. I also have couple of Braza inserts and this one is by far my favorite. Note that these are heavier than your regular pads, so your bra shouldn't be too stretchy if you plan on using silicone inserts. These inserts are a real deal!

My bra size is between a full C cup and a small D cup, with these additions I've become a full D cup, which was excellent. These are great for a boost with a strapless or an unlined bra, unbeatable for price and undetectable beneath my clothing. Overall an excellent product that is also durable and easy to clean.
