They’re not quite as tasty as Fairlife but they still taste good, are packed with protein, and are a fraction of the price! I have issues with texture and the powder mixtures, this one tastes good, has caffeine so I treat it as my morning coffee, and goes down the smoothest I have found. I Like that is it premixed, it just seems to mix better than anything I could do at home even with blenders. The bonus vitamins and minerals are nice too. Easy to carry to work. Best if drunk cold.

The ensure shakes are good for weight loss. I am not one to generally review dietary shakes, but I found these tasted good and held the hunger at bay. I hear there are lots of health benefits associated with these drinks. Will order more.

I am an autistic 20 year old with ARFID living on my own and these are very tasty! I am in university and have a meal plan but I am bad at eating meals here consistently. These are great for meal replacements when I don’t wanna go, or if I just feel hungry at night and need to consume something to be sleepy again. I will be buying again. I appreciate that it is caffeine free and low sugar. :)
