Large and easy to setup
We watched a video on setting it up and weโre surprised how quickly it went up. We are in our mid sixties so it was easy with 2 people. Planning on adding cots, tv, cassette toilet, and maybe shower in it. Not using steaks right now and winds are 9 mph. Thinking about using 42โ rubber straps on the I bolts if winds are too strong. Will try out the floor on our first trip. Might need a grand kid to crawl on the floor attaching it with the Velcro straps.

Great instant pop up with one flaw
Anyone who knows anything about a clam quickset knows these are awesome. The price point seems high but there are too things to consider. Number 1. I can put this sucker up in about 1 minute. Take down is just as quick but you are most likely on dirt and there is no way to avoid picking up dirt in the packing up. Itโs a top quality tent, top quality materials, top quality design. Only issue...they should off a footprint or rug that we could order to fit it. This could be a tent if you needed one but letโs face it...who wants to sleep on dirt for $500? I recommend it highly but wish there was something big enough to put on the ground. 5 sided 12x12 tarp doesnโt exist. ๐

not easy for one person to put up
liked the spaciousness of the clam but it took four of us to put it up.

Easy pop up and looks good
After watching a couple videos it was really easy to pop up... itโs bigger than it looks inside, 8 foot picnic table fits inside with two feet on each end to spare. Closed up all the panels and stayed warm while cooking dinner on a butane stove 29ยฐ outside and 72ยฐ inside, almost too warm so opened one small window for cool air. Nice light color feels open and not claustrophobic. Easy to relocate with two people, needs to be staked down with guy wires included. During the day all panels were opened up and we enjoyed lunch without bees attacking us. Even put a 12 volt ceiling fan inside for added comfort. Six adults and cooking equipment with room to spare for a couple chairs. Lots of other campers asking about it... they seemed jealous!

difficult to set up
My daughter and I watched videos on how to set this up, as well as the videos that said not to buy it. We decided we could do it and those whohad a problem, were few. When we took it out it unfolded easily enough, but we could reach the loops through the outside holes, they were not attached. So we had to put our fingers in the metal rings and pull, several times our fingers slipped. We eventually got it up and pushed the center hub up. One side consistently collapsed inward. After being pushed back out at least a dozen times, we gave up and let it collapse back down. it was easy to fold back into shapte. It seemed sturdy and well built, but if we can't get it to stay up, we can't use it. Sent it back.

Great Product
The clam is easy to put up and take down - it poured the first day we had it and we did not have one drip on us. Bag is oversized and easy to put clam back into. I would highly recommend.

easy deployment
Great item well worth the money. It is very easy to put up and take down. It is very nice to put the flaps down in a rain storm and put them back up for great ventilation. Can't say enough good as we have bought other ones and none compare to this one.

Setup is easy!
After using a screen tent for 9yrs that took two people to setup I decided to try the Clam pavilion because of the good reviews and ease of setup. I have not taken it camping yet but I did set it up by myself with ease. The one problem I had was that the storage bag came damaged, I contacted the seller and within two hours they offered me a generous partial refund and I would keep the damaged bag or they would replace the whole unit. Since the bag was usable I took the partial refund. Customer service is 5 star!

We love the Clam shelter. it is large enough for a table to sit at and additional table for camping supplies as well chairs. It is made very well. The role up sides are a great addition and allows for privacy and protects from inclement weather. Very easy set up and take down.

This tent is easy to set up and easy to take down. Have used for over two years, during Spring, Summer, and Fall. Has withstood high winds and heavy downpours. Would buy again.

A very nice and functional screen tent for cooking and relaxing. Set up is simple and fast. Lots of room for a table, chairs, coolers etc.The adjustable side panels work quite well in providing shelter from the sun or windblown rain. You can open or close as many side panels as needed. As with any tent, it's best to set up in a sheltered spot when the wind is strong.

Was hesitant when looking at the price, but after getting it set up up in 2 minutes the first time, and the material quality, think it may well be worth it. Time will tell,
