What is the noise volume on this bike? I have a very small house and can’t afford to wake everyone up at 5 am.

I don't feel that there is much noise when peddling. This bike is very smooth and I do not have to adjust music or TV volume when using it.

My wife is 5 ft can she ride?

I cannot speak personally to that question. I am 6'4" tall. However, I have seen other comments made by others that someone in that general size range can ride the bike with the seat and handlebars set at the lowest limits. Hope this helps.
