Maybe the best sherry on the market?
i love Palo Cortado, and the Elenor bottle from Gonzalez Byass is always in the fridge ready to be had with some manchego and anchovies. DEEE---LISH!

A good mid-level Palo cortado
Good sherry. Dry and more austere than I expected. Like a nutty fino, which is correct for a Palo cortado. This is assertive and somewhat heavy-handed, rather than ethereal

Perfect aperitif
Served slightly chilled, this is a wonderful aperitif with real depth to the taste, especially if you are beginning to find finos are a little thin.
