I tried this Gourmet Spice Company Mild Chimichurri Rub recently, and it’s quickly become a staple in my kitchen. Ahh, this is class through and through. Don't think it is like any basic herb for it is not. For the low cost if you enjoy experimenting when you cook throw a spoon or two in whatever you have going on. My wife is the cook and I've startyed saying WOW again and again.

Really tasty chimichurri with a nice, fresh flavour. It’s mild but still has a good zing, perfect for grilled meats or drizzling over roasted veg. I like that it’s ready to go—super convenient. I like to mix it with a bit of oil and then drizzle that over what i'm cooking. Overall, a great shortcut to add flavour without the fuss

My only advice is to mix it with oil for the ingredients to hydrate and just drizzle it over what ever you like

Not enough flavour, expected better. I’ve had proper chimichurri from Argentinian friends and this is not it.

Love this herb mix , use it to make a cream sauce .. onions , mushrooms ,beef stock pot , spice mix and cream

Love the flavour and is much cheaper to buy this way.
