Just got it and works great, but do they all have a noise (at any speed) that sounds like something turning/rattling/loose?

Hi, the one I recently bought is really quiet just a gentle humming sound and definitely no rattles etc?

How many watts please?

The rated power is 500W. When operating under full load, (200kgs/31.5 stones in weight, set on its highest speed), it uses 175W. (Vibration plates only draw 100 to 175 under full load, regardless of their rated power). The motor has a five year warranty.

Can you sit and use it like a foot massager

Yes, you can sit in a chair and use it as a foot massager.
