Hand-Powered CRANK LED FLASHLIGHT SET of 2 by LIGHTGEAR

I'm not sure where I bought this flashlight, perhaps directly from Brookstone, as a backup for power outages. It has been stored in my broom closet with other battery operated flashlights. I just took it out, it works fine but the entire thing is covered in a sticky residue which nothing seems able to clean off. I've tried mineral spirits, nail polish remover and soap and water. Made in China, perhaps that says it all! Find a better product.

Wasted money!!! The crank handle broke off and after a year both flashlights are sticky to the touch! Both are stored inside a drawer in my house!! Will never use them because they leave a sticky residue on my hands!! Great idea but not a good product!!!

I was all excited thinking it was a cool little light. It broke right away. The on off button just worked a few times and then nothing. No misuse, I mean literally did not turn on 10 times maybe less than five.

Bought a set of 2 a while ago. Every now and then the power does go out here in the Poconos. While my other flashlights need to have the batteries changed every so often ,I can leave these in convenient locations and not worry that they will not work when needed. Recommend you get at least a set of 2 if not more

Light, reliable, and cheap enough to have one everywhere. Received it as a gift and didn't expect much from it because it doesn't feel like much in your hand. Wound it up and it produces a bright beam of white light, not a dim yellow light. Forgot to turn it off and it was burning bright after 48 hours on a single flurry of winding it up.Now I have one in every vehicle and scattered around in case of emergency.
