I love this oatmeal! I eat two packets with my protein shake everyday and it has helped me to lose weight. I just microwave some water, pour the oatmeal packets into a bowl, pour the hot water into the bowl, and let the oatmeal sit and firm up. It's delicious and a great way to start my day! Normally this oatmeal can be quite expensive in the grocery stores but I find it much cheaper on Amazon and another big store (that literally everyone has in their town).

Good but there's an aftertaste.
Okay so I didn't know how I'd like this but I'm so glad I tried it. It's so yummy. But I will say that if you're not used to sugar alternatives, then you might have a problem with the aftertaste.

Tastes like real oatmeal!
Surprised and pleased with the flavor and texture of this product. Much lower in carbs than traditional oatmeal and only 100 calories per packet. Highly recommend this product and will definitely buy again. Filling and quite tasty for a meal or a snack.

Good product, especially for the caloric content.
I usually order the Quaker instant brand, but decided to try this based upon reviews and low calorie content, along with the understanding that this was a little less unhealthy for you. Overall, I think it’s good, and the preparation is very easy, though you will want to play with the cooking times since every microwave is different. Being on a restricted calorie diet, I appreciate that you get a decent serving size for just 100 cal so it works well to provide a filling and slightly sweet meal. Truth be told, I do like the flavor and texture of the Quaker brand better, but there’s a lot of good things to be said about this product, and I’m glad I ordered it.

Excellent taste and texture!
Tastes better than a lot of other instant oatmeal options with these nutritional values! And it has a bit of…hmmm, crunch to it? Like the texture is very oatmeal-y but not mushy and I like the firmness.
