Our kids love fishing and camping. You don't really need fishing net when you go camping but it comes in handy when we go catching for crawfish or minnows in the rivers and lakes.I bought this because the handle is telescopic pole and even the net can be collapsed and folded for ultimate portability and packing. We already have so many fishing gears and camping gears so a big fishing net is the last thing we want to add to our packing list but this packable fishing net is perfect for our needs.The aluminum pole is very light yet strong and love the triangular fishing net that is very wide and deep when opened. This is a great net. I even used it for catching grasshoppers. It folds up nicely, is very sturdy, and is perfectly sized.My only (small) complaint is that it has wrist strap only. I would like to have a strap that would fit over my shoulder.Interesting story: I called for my wife to assist me when I had a 19-inch tiger trout hooked in a lot of reeds. There was one 18" gap where I sought to bring him in. The bank gave way, my wife fell in, I told her I would pull her out after she netted the fish. She netted him, I pulled her out, and we are still married after 40 years. What a woman!

The net is easy to use and is compact when folded. It fits easily in my pack!

This folding fishing net seems to fit the bill for a good travel net. It is easy to unfold and extend and appears to be sturdy enough for its intended use. I do especially like the small, packable size when it is folded. I also appreciate to elastic cord attached to the handle. I'll have a better idea of its ease of use after next trip.

Bought this for my 11 year old son. He loves going down by the lake and scooping up crawfish and small fishes. It is very easy to fold once you know how it works. It fits anywhere in the car and I love the convenience of folding it down to store in the garage when not in use. It’s light weight and the arm extends but not very long. The mesh is great and sturdy. Bought it two weeks ago and used it 5x already. My son says it is great 😊!!

It could still be the high from buying a new boat or the net is really that cool but I was pleasantly surprised. I love how compact and easy to store it is. The fact the net is more of a rubber instead of rope makes it appear to be more durable and I love that it doesn't stay wet and dries quickly. Large capacity and snaps in easily. Super happy with it, especially since it was cheap in comparison to others with less features. Will be using it for fishing and when things unintentionally land in the water while pontoning lol

I love it. I have not used it to pull in a fish yet, but I can tell it will do the job exceptionally well. My only concern is I need two hands to open it, and I wish it would open with a flick of the wrist more easily. I am hopeful this will improve with wear. As it is, it is a great value, and worth the one problem for the compactness of the net.

Fishing net folds neatly and is very easy to carry. Net and handle on this device are made of quality materials, and nice use of colors on it. Fishing net held on to 5lb carp pretty well on our fishing trip last week. I like the net folding switch provided at the end of the handle, it is very easy to operate. Telescopic handle extends to a good length, great product overall.

Fit in my hiking bag or backpack. As described in the advertisement very happy with the product quality. Adjustable in length from 30" to 39". It is smoothly while fishing on canoe. The quality is good for such a price. The fishing net is exactly what I expected. Very compact.

Not the best quality but for the price is good for what I needed it for..those pack very very light kind of hike in days. Net basket is pretty small..suitable for small trout. Rubber mesh netting is good for safe C&R practices.

We bought this for our 6 year old son to catch frogs out back? And it broke off from the handle after only a few times and can’t be repaired. Needless to say, he’s very disappointed!

This is my willing fishing net and it's perfect for the lake and river. It is compact and foldable and very solid. It's very easy to work with one hand when catching to land a fish. I think I could keep it folded in my bag for saving storing room.
