Very good product. Works as you'd expect, pour a small amount onto your hands, rub it in and let it dry like a hand sanitiser and watch your hands turn pure white.Has a chemical smell, although not what I would call overpowering, its not a deodorant so I wouldn't be sticking my nose on it to smell the product. If you are sensitive though bare in mine most if not all liquid chalks won't smell like roses...As for product use, I've used in deadlifting and HIIT with kettle bell swings etc. Works great, plenty of grip once applied & stops the claims hand feeling. On deadslifts I can pull more with the chalk than before where I would have to start using my wrist straps.For the kettle bell swings and cleans etc, it eventually wears slightly with the swinging although after an hour and 20 mins there was enough on my hand that I didn't need to re-apply. The wear is very minimal and doesn't change how the product works that's for sureWashing off is easy enough - soap and water works well. Any remaining areas I go over again.My gym mate uses it and has had the same feedback as me, also someone else asked to borrow a bit and had no complaints.I'll be buying again once it empty, although that'll be a while.One thing to note, once applied to your hands if you don't wipe the cap it can build up around the edge, when you go to use it again it'll be dry and dusty. I just flick it off in the bin or use a tissue to wipe. Although that's a "me problem" being lazy in the first place, not s product issue.Definitely recommend to someone wanting to try it for the first time or even a seasoned gym enthusiast.

This isn't quite as good as solid chalk, but its very close. If your gym doesn't have available chalk and grip is constantly a limiting factor for you, I would highly recommend this product.

All in all a good weightlifting liquid chalk. Dries quickly, offers a good grip, stays on the hands for as long as is needed and lasts for several sets, good value for money. The only downside is the scent of alcohol.

I never thought that I could find anything to help my sweaty hands while under pressure in a majorettes competition, and I mean my hands were really wet causing my hands to slip alot on the baton. Bought this stuff as the reviews were really good and I'm glad I did. My hands don't sweat at all while I'm dancing and the grip I have on the baton is amazing. It does make your hands white but I don't care, as long as it helps the sweat and grip. I've got most of the girls in majorettes asking for some before they go and compete and said it made a huge difference. You don't need to put much on your hands either. Amazing thank you 👍👊🫶🏼

A good product overall. It dries up quickly and doesn’t dry up the skin a lot post use. One thing that could be slightly improved is it’s durability. It can wear off after a few sets but usually the second application makes it better.

Recommended by my PT, this is a mess free and effective chalk for lifting (and a handy container on a carabiner)

I normally hate the feeling of chalk but the liquid one is actually alright. This chalk has been perfect for me as I have sweaty hands which make my grip slippery. This has helped me to grip onto things properly and I now I don't slip off the bar during deadhangs :)

its good and keeps gand dry but feels plasticky when its on.
