The piece called “a”, came locked in place in the box. now i cannot unlock it so this particular strap is useless. how do i unlock “a”?

You can still unlock the strap, following these instructions. Use a butter knife or a flat tool to gently pry between the strap and the cover on top it. You may need to try sliding the cover while prying. It should come off easily if you follow this. Please let me know if you need any more help. Best, Sarah Jool Baby

Where's the 4 pack that's advertised? You click on it and then it double in price and amount and that's the only option to buy?

It was temporarily removed from Amazon, it is now back up for sale again. Thanks, Sarah Jool Baby

In our testing, the following instructions helped us avoid paint damage: To safely remove the strap locks: Take a piece of fishing string (or floss) and slide it from side to side in a downward motion, behind each base of the strap lock. Once the base portion is removed, use Oops® Painter's Choice https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000HEIXE4/ to remove any remaining residue. Thanks, Sarah Customer Appreciation Specialist Jool Baby
