I love the high waist, and the way it looks. The upper part. The bottom looks a bit weird. Anyway, it would've/could've been a nice skirt all together... But, it is impossible to walk in this, even though it has a nice stretch to it. The slit at the back is way too small for comfortable walking. Plus, this skirt is making such a loud, weird noise while you're walking, it is quite embarrassing. And, super annoying. While trying it on and walking around the house, everyone looked at me startled, trying to figure out what was going on. Not good.Stitching was not nice. Pretty messed up, and very visible. The quality overall is not the best. But, it could've been nice for every day wear, grocery shopping, running errands... If made right, and it was possible to walk in this.This has terrible chemical stink to it, though! Terrible! Pretty scary...About the size... I usually wear medium. I am 5' 10". Went with XL, and I am glad I did. It fits nicely and comofratbly. But, it is not too large by any means. It is just right, the way I like things to fit. A bit shorter, though, than I would like it to be. Maybe L would've been "doable", as well, but definitely not as comfy, and I imagine it would be even harder to walk in it.I had high hopes for this, but unfortunately, it has to go back.

I have seen some reviews about the horrible sizing so I took it upon myself to ask the seller about the sizing. Thank God I did as the skirt I got is more than amazing! Just tell the seller your measurements and all will be well. I am 153 lbs 5'9" with 40.5 inch hips. And 29 waist. I took a xxl and it fits perfectly, no fault found!👍👍👍👍

I'm 135 lb medium fit just a little tight but the overall style of the skirt was beautiful

Looks so Good. But I wear size16 and I ordered size 3x because they said it ran small but it looks like size 12. 😟 not happy with the one 😟

Yes, I read previous reviews. Yes, I knew I was taking a chance. I liked the look of this so much and I factored in what other reviewers said about it running small.I wear a size 8. I ordered a Large (states Large fits 12 - 14). I reviewed the size chart when filing for my return and I am inside every one of the listed measurements.The really weird thing about the way this skirt is sized is that since it doesn't have snaps or buttons (they are for looks only) I COULDN'T PULL IT UP OVER MY HIPS! I don't even know whether the waist would be too small, too loose or just right because I couldn't put the damn thing on.Here's the other thing: when I held it up to step into it, it was WAY TOO LONG. I am 5'5", an average height. This skirt was supposed to be a size Large. I would have had to hem it up, to get floor length, by about three inches.Yikes, are they employing kindergartners to sew these?This is just the wrongest, kookiest sized garment I could imagine.Also, the fabric is quite thin, FYI.

Review is for the skirt with diagonal buttons on front. This runs small. Can hardly pull over hips, and I have a skinny backside. Would have given more stars despite the fit, but the fabric is very thin, like shirt fabric. I'm 5'6" and the way this is cut the front closure stops above mid thigh, and fabric falls open below that. Had expected enough fabric the skirt would hang somewhat closed, at least when not even walking. The effect reminds me of the steam punk skirts that are pulled up in front and hang to the floor in back.

I read the reviews and i knew i was taking a risk but i still bought it😒, smart idea huh, anyway I ordered an extra large and it was toooo tight I could manage to get it on but it was a war getting it on, after a few uses i could get it on a little easier cause I stretched it with use , 2 problems with the skirt other than size are the grainline as in the skirt would twist and since it has a line down the center front and back it’s annoying cause during the day ill have too pull the skirt back straight cause the seam in the front would shift towards my right thigh and the back vent was never centered even if the front was.Then the waistline and button plackets dont line up even. I saw someone had the same problem and my skirt ended up having the same problem so its not just one skirt probably all of them. But i cover that with my t shirt.I love denim skirts and ill wear mines until im fed up with it but its not an item that i look forward to wearing. 34+$ is alot to sacrifice but i hate returning online things. So i would suggest (as im a seamstress who wanted a break from sewing) if you’re stubborn like me and after reading this review and others you still buy this skirt get the biggest size possible and get it altered at a cleaners/tailors or yourself if you sew. Other than that dont buy it

This skirt would be perfect if it was sewn correctly. As you see, the buttons don't line up with the seam which keeps the zipper from staying up. There's no way I can wear this.
