Arrived promptly , beautifully protected . Both taps within strong box and each in thick muslin drawstring bags. Which are useful to keep. Delighted to find the taps were of heavy robust design with a good coating of chrome and a quality finish. Perfect size for bathroom basin, not too small. They have a smooth mechanism with quarter turn, on opening. Like much more expensive tap sets. Currently working perfectly and straightforward to fit . Overall really pleased and they look as if they will last longer than previous taps (x2 sets) which I had purchased for same price and failed after a year or so. All in all seems an excellent buy.

Look good and give a good jet of water when turned on and only 3/4 turn. Better than the taps I replaced. Smaller than I hoped but I didn't measure. Fit though and do the job. I hope they last longer than the previous ones which were a completely different design. Putting taps in is always fiddly due to the space you have to work in and the tools to do it. The basic principle is simple to do.

Good quality finish, only been installed for a few months but look really nice, have a good feel and easy to use. No leakages so far

Brought this recently to replace some 25 year old taps and oh my they are brilliant! Easy to install and great quality.

Came Packed individually in cotton pouches, nice and heavy (quality made heavy) and I fitted them in 30mins. Only second time for me replacing taps and this went well. I’d recommend a tap wrench which cost me £17 but made the job easy. (A worthy tool for my tool bag for future needs) I’m now looking for the Bath tap equivalent I’m that impressed

These taps arrived promptly and in spite of their very reasonable cost, appeared to be very nice quality and a good sturdy weight. They were easy enough to fit too, but when they arrived the top discs on the taps were loose. These discs are the H & C, for the Hot and cold taps. I attempted to tighten them using pliers, but whilst doing it the pliers slipped causing the H on the top of the tap to be scratched. Of course I was very disappointed, but didn't know how else I could have tightened the disc. I decided to contract the seller in the hope that they might be able to supply a new disc. They were very helpful and said that some replacements would be sent out to me. To my amazement a few days later 2 complete replacement taps arrived. This customer service is absolutely amazing. I can't recommend these taps or the company selling them highly enough.

well they look really nice, the hot turns the same way as the cold which doesn't bother me that much to be honest however the cold does have a bit of play in the handle. it doesn't effect it at all so over all for the price i am happy just a star less for those that might bother others.
