I love this machine very heavy duty well worth the money paid , it works the muscles in your legs and the resistance bands help you exercise your arms at the same time there is a app that you can download which gives you exercises to do on the stepper and it’s FREE which is good addition because you don’t get many things for free I would give this stepper 100% and would highly recommend it to anyone

I'm really pleased with the stepper. The piston action is robust and along with the resistance bands it gives a great workout. I work from home and was thinking this would help me get my 10,000 steps. NO CHANCE. It's brutal... I have jelly legs after 1000. Altogether it's a great piece of kit. It takes up very little room, it's great quality and sturdily built and I feel fitter after a few days using it. It's also low-impact so seems to help my sore knees which can suffer a bit if I run. Really good value, good quality machine.

Ordered the heavy duty which arrived yesterday, feels weighty and sturdy. Disappointingly the quality control seems poor. The welds on some of the joints do not look great, some gaps. One of the corner feet fell off, and another was loose. The supplied allen key does not feet the nuts in these feet. There is a rattle inside the tubing, possibly some loose metal material during production. The cover containing the counter, which you need to remove to change the batteries, is really tight and awkward to get back into place, it required quite a bit of force and could result in breaking some of the plastic cover. The motion itself seems good, it had a lot stiffer resistance than I expected. Following some of the demonstration videos where they increase tempo, I could not push fast enough to match their pace. It definitely works the legs though, so I can see this being useful in the long term.

Not going to lie it's not quiet when using it but it is good for the price easy to use and adjustable so dosnt actually cause pains when being used less on it for a long time which is understandable im also a big gal and the tension is able to work just fine so it has a lot of stregnth and cannot complain its quite comfortable and free flowing when in use

Brilliant. Very happy with this stepper. I have had total knee replacement and this is just the job. I change the tension to suit how strong my knee feels on the day

Absolutely delighted with this stepper! Took me a while to decide which brand and model to pick. At the end went with this one even though its not cheap but no regrets at all! 10/10.

Very good. Its portable enough to fit in small places and works good. You feel it through the whole body after a few seconds. A good buy.
