i can’t get them to cook all the way through. what am i doing wrong? they’re thin and small and on m/h heat and still mushy inside

Try low heat so the outside doesn't brown before the inside is done. I use setting 2 of 10 on gas stove

Chlorestorol why so high? 100 mgs?

I don’t know why the cholesterol is high, but save your money these have no flavor at all . It taste like cardboard.

What can i substitute instead of coconut oil when making the mix?

I would sub any oil that you CAN have. Olive is stronger, but still ok, and avocado should work fine. Just my opinion...

How many cups of the mix are in a 12 ounce/340G bag?

there are 8 ounces in a cup. So 1 1/2 cups. Don't know what the question is trying to determine???
