I'm 60 years old and slow to recover from a shattered femur. A hole and density were not healing just above my knee after a year. These are horse pills and I have to crush to swallow but , the GH boost is helpful to heal my bones. My last xrays show improvement and I'm now putting weight on my leg to learn walking freely again without aid. Much improvement.

Don't expect to lay down, eat bad food and see good changes. I feel more power overall and more size with less weight. I usually drink it before bed time. I tried before workout and didn't like it. Not bad to give it a shot, but be sure to have everything spot on in your training and diet plan if you want better results.

I've been using it for 4 years but twice a year with a gap in between to see results. And of course you have to sleep well, exercise heavy along with it, and definitely you'll feel your growth hormone is noticeably increasing with your testosterone going crazy👌💯.

Smell and taste like week old human urine absolutely repulsive. 3/4 inch x 1/8th inch long pills freaking huge.
