Flexible and comfortable
Unlike some reviewers, I find this cap to be true to size. I'm a 45-year-old woman, and it fits my head very well. It's snug enough that it doesn't come off in the water, but flexible and comfortable enough that I don't get a headache like I do with silicone swim caps. Also keep in mind that this is not meant to be waterproof. If that's what you need, a silicone cap will definitely keep more water off your hair than this will. I think this type of cap is designed more for hair containment, which in my case, it does well. I also appreciate the UPF rating of the fabric, since I live in a desert climate where the sun really beats down. If you do need your hair contained, but don't need waterproof, I highly recommend this cap!
