VARTA Power One Zinc Air Hearing Aid Batteries (Blue) Size 675 Pack of 60

Great Batteries - BUT, I was led to these batteries a number of years ago by my hearing provider. He was right, they are very good, long lasting and not expensive. They had an easy turn wheel that dispensed the batteries one at a time. The new version does not have this feature and the batteries must be cut out of the dispenser. It is not as easy as the old dispenser. This has nothing to do with the performance of the batteries, but they are just awkward to get to and I don't really like the dispenser knowing the old one.

This is the second time I have purchased these batteries. I had never heard of this brand before getting a pack from my audiologist. Since they seemed to work well and the price was so good, I ordered a box of 60. They power my hearing aid for a good length of time and have a long shelf life. My first box lasted well over a year and I did not notice any power loss as the batteries aged. Once the batteries are opened, and the charge depleted, (after use) it does seem that they start to corrode rather quickly, so I do try to get them out of my purse and into the container I collect them in for disposal within a week or two of using.

As a user of hearing aids for about 5 years I have used two different types of hearing aids, both analog and digital. The first set of aids were analog and they used a button battery type 13. My current digital aids now have Bluetooth and use these P625 batteries. Incredible improvement in the length of useful time these P625/R44 are able to provide. My experience with these German made “Power One” has been great. There has been no leaking or inoperable batteries and as previously mentioned the energy provided is significantly longer lasting. Uncertain as to comparable energy consumption of the analog to digital hearing aid devices. Great product at a great price. Highly recommended.

They work like a battery should!

The packaging is incredibly difficult to open. The batteries themselves seem to get pretty warm while in use in the hearing aid and they don't seem to last very long. I will not buy them again if you have arthritis or not very strong hands I don't recommend these they're very difficult to open if you wear your hearing aid at least 18 hours a day like I do you can expect to have to change the battery every 2 to 3 days most batteries last me at least a week and I wear at least one of my hearing aids I wear two but one stays on 24 hours a day because I live alone and without them I can't hear.

I had upgraded my hearing aids, in which the last set was using size 13 batteries, and they lasted about a week. I have since upgraded to a later set of Phonak H/A's (Naida P70-UP), and these batteries are lasting up to 3 weeks. I stream a lot via my H/A's, which uses one of the 2 aids for the streaming, and that cuts that aid down to 2 weeks. Not sure what other 675 batteries do, but I've read up on these a little, happy with them, and will most likely stick with them.

We used to buy these batteries in small quantities at a local chemist at a sky high unit price. Now we always buy online. (And this was on the advice of our health service audiologist..) A box of 60 like this one lasts my mother a few years... so we save time, effort and money ...
