Funciona a la perfección para quitar óxido y pintura así como algo de salpicaduras por soldadura, da brillo y pule el metal, eso sí, no se debe ocupar en las orillas con filó porque se desgasta muy rápido, de ahí en fuera es muy buen producto, lo compraré más adelante de nuevo!!

These purple silicon carbide discs absolutely eat mill scale. I used it today fit the first time but it removed rusty mill scale nearly instantly and showed no signs of loading up. Any other disc, sander or abrasive would have been glossing over the surface by the time I finished what I did today. I'm teaching myself to weld, these were a great find. I'll still use vinegar for longer prep times, but these are a great alternative that gives instant results. For stripping steel to a clean surface I definitely recommend these.
