It's a Harbor Freight cutter...
This is literally the $7.00 cutter set from harbor freight tools. The package even says "harbor freight". No where on this listing is this disclosed. You are paying 200% markup for a poor quality cutter set. Very disappointed with this kit. Expected much higher quality for the price.
